Return window: 30 days from delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-returnable: Items that have been used, items not in original packaging, items returned after 30 days, and final sale items.

1Contact UsEmail us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

2Pack Your ItemRepack the device securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and items that came with it.

3Ship It BackShip the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.

4Receive Your RefundOnce we receive and inspect the return we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
We'll make it right immediately
If your item arrives damaged or defective please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the damaged item.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you'd like.
