At Lumenos, we're committed to getting your wellness devices to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

US Standard
5–10 Days
Free on orders over $150. Most products ship from US warehouses for fast delivery.
US Expedited
2–3 Days
Available at checkout for an additional fee. Calculated based on location and order size.
International
15–20 Days
Available to 28 countries worldwide. The RedWrap Belt ships internationally by default.
Free Shipping

All US orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping automatically at checkout.
Order Processing

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking: Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you don't see it please check your spam folder.

Important Information

Shipping Delays

Lumenos is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. During peak periods such as holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and in any secure locations around your property. If you still cannot locate your package please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Lumenos is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering please contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
